If you are a new organisation who has not used the web app before you need to ask us to create a group
Each group has a unique group identifier which you will use to login
To create a new group please email the following information:
-Organisation name;
-Organisation address;
-Organisation telephone;
-Group Administrator Email address (main contact for use of the Web App);
-Group Administrator title;
-Group Administrator first name;
-Group Administrator surname;
An account will then be set up for you by the LUP team. Once this has been done you will receive an email from donotreply@pa.hsl.gov.uk with login details and a temporary password which you can then use to access the Web App.
